This is an animated ecard I did for the new Facebook app Birthday Wishes. [link]
I've been doing animatics for them (over 40 of them now) during the past few months, and this is my first crack at doing the final art and animation.

The backgrounds were painted in gouache and the animation drawn traditionally and colored digitally. I over delivered a little on the quality in comparison to what is usually done, and I'm hoping to try out some other visual styles on future animations.
