An ecard I did for Jib Jab's Birthday Wishes app.

I was trying to something in the style of classic Japanese cartoonists like Tezuka. Also some some Castle of Cagliostro and Giant Robo influence in the character design too.

Animation drawn by hand and digitally colored. Backgrounds in watercolor.

Seven full days of work.
